ManageTrainLearn started out in 1995 as KSA Training, a management training company running courses throughout the UK. That’s how the company developed the 20 MTL skills that are the basis of all the material in MTL products. The company was run then and now by Eric Garner from a base in Northumberland on the borders of England and Scotland. Eric is one of the leading trainers in the UK, having worked with many clients in the public and private sector, and having partnered with other organisations both in the UK and abroad.

In the early 2000’s, the company made the major leap that took us to where we are now, one of the world’s leading providers of e-learning products. That leap was made when we realized that, to help our clients achieve real breakthrough success, we needed a more innovative approach.
