You will be a designer with a strong portfolio of original web and graphic design work, and have the ability to understand clients’ needs quickly and confidently. Your challenge will be to create concepts for web layouts, logos & branding, letterheads & print projects. In addition to website creation, the role will include design of flyers, brochures & displays, and see it all through to the finished article.

Essential skills:

• Creative / conceptual design
• Uncompromising design values
• Strong skills in web design and front end development including hand-coding XHTML and CSS to valid standards
• Knowledge of cross browser issues and accessibility
• Photoshop
• InDesign / Illustrator
• Degree in a related discipline

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of working with CMS and/or ecommerce systems
• Flash
• SEO

Reporting directly to the MD, you will have freedom to work directly with clients on varied projects, and you should be a good communicator as you’ll be working within a close-knit team of dedicated web and design professionals.  It’s likely you’ll be a recent graduate with at least some commercial experience under your belt. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary dependent upon experience and fantastic working environment.
